A Swiss Double

  I had some outstanding oats for breakfast yesterday. Pure coincidence.  A week ago I moved back to the city (sort of on a whim, but that’s a different story) and good friends of mine offered me to stay at their place until I get more permanently situated. When I woke up that first morning, I was very hungry after moving my stuff all day. The only thing I had to eat were some fancy dark chocolate covered oats that I had just gotten on my short escape to Vermont and a half carton of oat milk left in the fridge by my friends.  I put some of the oats in a bowl, poured some milk on them, took a shower, took a bite, wasn’t particularly happy with what I tasted, put them back in the fridge and left to satisfy my hunger elsewhere in the city.   You see, I don’t particularly care about oats (even fancy chocolate covered ones).
